Who You Are:
6 month- 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
Outstanding communication (written and oral) in English
Great interpersonal skills
Comfortable in engaging customers on the phone and chat (good typing speed).
Highly self-motivated multi-tasker who adapts quickly to new processes
At ease navigating through different computer software packages and systems
