Customer Support Executive


Your Responsibilities:
 To be the basic point of contact for customers’ queries, requests and feedback over the
phone, on the company’s chat platform and on WhatsApp
 To ensure that no customer is left behind - all customers’ queries are investigated and
resolved, escalating issues when appropriate
Who You Are:
 6 month- 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
 Outstanding communication (written and oral) in English
 Great interpersonal skills
 Comfortable in engaging customers on the phone and chat (good typing speed).
 Highly self-motivated multi-tasker who adapts quickly to new processes
 At ease navigating through different computer software packages and systems
Work Conditions:
 Days / week: 6
 Tentative Working Hours: 12 hours

Salary 4 Lac To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
