RESPONSIBILITIES

- Main responsibility is to drive sales results in Assigned area.
- Develop and implement an effective sales organization that is primarily responsible for direct sales and secondly for channel partner development.
- Create and standardize monthly/quarterly sales plans and territory forecasts and performance reports.
- Define set of metrics to track, analyse and evaluate sales performance of our Field Sales team.
- Train and mentor the sales team and drive them to achieve their targets
- Continuously improve sales team performance through defining and refining best practices.
- Lead by example by affecting direct sales!
- Be available to travel frequently to territories to support field sales officers.
- Coordinate with marketing department to ensure the sales team has required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services

TERRITORY - base at Anantpur - territory of South Karnataka

Compensation: Compensation will be above market trend for right candidate. Attractive cash incentives will be offered for achieving sales
targets.

Skill Set

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales/marketing of tractors, farm implements, agricultural
equipment’s, micro irrigation and other irrigation equipment’s, other engineering or innovative
products and must have an in-depth exposure to rural markets

Should be willing to travel.
Should be open for both direct and channel sales.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Passion to work as an owner of the company in a highly energetic start-up and having a hungry,
entrepreneurial mind-set. Willingness to work across state.
2. This position is for professionals who truly love being in sales function and intend to build a
Long-term career prospect in this function.
3. Should have experience in direct sales of above products to opinion makers or have experience in
affecting the product/services sales by influencing the opinion makers in their respective rural
territories.

Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
