Main Accountabilities
 Forecasting, Planning and achievement of targets
 Developing and nurturing new territories
 Promoting Business Development activities by creating efficiencies, reports, and tools to maximize the Sales
efforts
 Plan sales calls activity with a view to maximize sales and convert customers
 Have a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes
 Develop, Strengthen and nourish the relationships with new and existing customers
 Identify and analyze target market and the clients within the specified area or customer group
 Set objectives for each product in line with the goals of the organization
 Develop a sales forecast vis-a-vis market changes w.r.t. Budgets & achievement of the same.
 The Candidate should be willing to travel extensively within the Region every month.
Qualification:
ï‚· Education- UG/PG/ Professional Degree
ï‚· Experience- Total 02-05 years.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
 The Candidate should be from International Air/ Sea/ Freight Cargo Industry
 Should have excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
 Must have 02- 05 years of strong sales and customer acquisition exposure to International Air/ Sea/ Freight
business
 Sound understanding of freight forwarding business is a must
 Should possess excellent Customer relations abilities to convert them into life-time customer
 Must know the strategies to expand business and explore new territories
 Should have good experience of pricing for different international sectors
 Must have managed teams along with the direct reportees
