#urgentrequirement Senior HR Executive (HR & Admin Dept.) Key Result Areas : a) Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions on different job portals, and managing the end to end employment process. b) Processing offer letters, appointments of new employees, background verification & reference checking. collaborating with IT department and setting up workstation of new joiners, issue official phones &sims. c) Monitoring employee performance, people management d) Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. e) Employee engagements (celebrating birthdays, festivals at office ) f) Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance. g) Tracking employee performances by coordination with respective HOD’s of particular department. h) Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format, doing exit formalities when require i) Supporting compliance section with attendance & leave checking and calculation at payroll time of every month

Experience	2 - 8 Years
Salary	1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
